Does anyone know what kind of spider they are? How to get rid of them?

Maybe your spider is there.
You can also ask on the site if they know the spider you are asking about.

I live in Texas and I have seen some of these big florecent spiders also. No one will tell me what they are but that they are poisonous and so I get rid of them with a flyswater or a shoe but I hate spiders anyway. You can also bomb your home with a fogger or something. But my shoe works great.
