Your health comes first. Worry about the legal stuff later. However, the doctor will probably only ask if you are sexually active and health questions.
Whatever else you choose to tell them is up to you. Don't put off seeing the doctor because you are worried about getting someone in trouble. If he cares about you, he will want you to be healthy.

First, you should slow down and maybe look at the situating. what kind of guy goes out with a girl who's underage? Anyway, they can ask but you don't have to answer. There is also a question of patient, doctor privilege. Just keep your mouth shut and you'll be fine. Might want to rethink the older guy thing though.

None of that has anything to do with you going to see about yourself. Why would the dr. ask you the age of the person you're sleeping with? Believe me hon, they don't. Go and get yourself checked out and make sure everything is alright. And even if the dr. by an off chance asked you his age, just lie about it! How the hell they gonna know! Boyfriend must not be too bright for his age, or he'd told you this himself!

The nurse at the office will ask you if you are sexually active, but not his age. You should definitely go. If your boyfriend is older, then he is probably also more experienced, so you should get checked out. Are you on birth control? If not, then he could really get in trouble with the law if you get pregnant. But not at a gyn visit.

they won't ask questions like that. they will ask when was your last period, are you having any problems, date of last PAP smear and exam, etc.
if you don't tell them how old he is, they will not know and will probably not ask. They will report if they think you have been raped though - but I don't think that's the case here.
go see the doctor though for whatever you feel you need. Don't ignore getting medical treatment/ birth control, whatever just because you are afraid. your health can be in serious jeopardy for certain illnesses.
good luck to you.

He can be charged with statutory rape weather you go to the Dr or not. If he values his free life, he would not be having sex with you or even date you until your old enough. If you like him enough to "BE" with him, than tell him to wait for you until your old enough so he wont be breaking the law. This was the "NO BRAINER".
If you need medical attention you should go right away.
Your Dr wil ask if your sexually active, but rearly ask anything too personal in reguards to your partners.

Yes, legally you can go to the gyn and not answer their questions. Even in cases of rape (i'm not saying that's what happend, i just found this one ineresting) the woman can have a screening without having the assulter be arrested. They might ask you questions, so you'd have to be prepared to say you don't want to talk about it.

If you're underage and he's 'older' that must mean you two are doing it, and that constitutes as statutory rape. You should be screwing around with anyone, let alone someone that old.
What exactly do you 'need' to be seen by your gyn for?
One of you are going to be in trouble one way or another...it ought to be him.

They usually don't ask questions on how old your partner is, if they do just lie. Do let that stop you from taking care of your health . But if your boyfriend is considerably older than you though the police should be contacted in my opinion :)

Its very concerning that you are worried more about your boyfriend than your unborn child. If in fact you ARE pregnant you need prenatal care REGARDLESS of his status. If you are to become a mother you need to change your priorities because given the situation,it seems like this baby's life has a rough start already with all the turmoil surrounding you.
