She set her password and it worked fine. She then lost her two front teeth and can't say the password exactly the same, so it won't open! Can anyone tell me how we can reset the password ? I have tried taking out the batteries and then replacing them to see if it would re-start, but it didn't work! She is driving me barmy coz she "wants to get into iiiiiiiiiiittttttttt!!"

It is a voice recognition system, so it has to be her. Yes, I realise that I can go to the store and check it out there but the store is a long way from my home! I remember quickly reading the instructions through and seeing a certain set way to override the voice recog. thingy. So I am really after someone whose child also has one of these things to let me know if they can remember how to do it!

RESETTING PASSWORD JOURNAL
Press the “Reset” button to open your Password
Journal. Insert a dull, pointed object (like the end of
a paper clip) into the Reset “button hole.”
Password Journal will open and you can then reset
your password.

Very simple...on the front of the password journal, on the gray area, there is a small hole opening. Put a small, pointed object in, push down and then you can open the journal and reset the password.

call the company. they can tell u how to reset the password or give u instructions on how to open it.
