I have heard honey works for some people. But yeah I think the best thing is to leave it alone and keep the skin clean and not irritated.

I use Clean and Clear invisile Blemish treatment. The firs time I feel that bump or pull under my skin, I dab some on. I even keep a tube in my desk!

I am not kidding, Preparation H works wonders. Reduces swelling, promotes healing. I would advise getting a tube for this purpose only though.

Leave it alone!
The more you touch it, the worse it will be.
Keep your hands off of your face.
Put a dab of benzoil peroxide on the spot 2x a day.
Other than that, leave it alone!
