Adobe Photo Shop is one of the best Image editing software u can virtually do anything using this

If you're looking for a professional look when you do this you want a program like Adobe Photoshop (unfortunately it is expensive - just ask my wallet)
sometimes if it is a one time thing though, you can post a request like that here and someone might be willing to help you out
