Generally speaking, no, I wouldn't do it. *Most* people, like 99.999999% of the world's population, really don't deserve to be murdered like that. But....
I can't honestly say "absolutely not", not in this day and age. ;)
It would VERY GREATLY depend on the person. I do have a *short list*, maybe five, maybe less than five, of people who IMHO absolutely "need killing". It would also depend on the degree of difficulty involved--what are the odds of my dying en route, getting away, and what's the probability of collateral damage...?
That last one is important because while there *are* ways to make a death look like an accident, many of them involve creating an accident *large* enough to kill or maim innocent bystanders.
And like I said before, the degree of difficulty is a factor, I assume you are referring to the comic book "100 Bullets" in terms of giving someone an untraceable opportunity to kill....well, thing is, nobody in their right mind would either trust me with a gun, or believe I could get one legally because it is fairly well known that I have what the police would call a "mood disturbance". :)
And yeah, that is the easy way. Harder ways, are well, harder ways. I won't name names because *of* that "degree of difficulty" factor, but you know, it isn't too hard to figure out if you *read* my other Answers to people's Questions. :)
As for methods...well, again, degree of difficulty is a factor, the harder the kill is, the higher the risk of collateral damage becomes in the effort to make it look "accidental". I will say this much though. As much as I hate guns, I could likely *learn* to be a sniper if *I absolutely NEEDED to*.
And....there ARE Weapons of Mass Destruction in your neighborhood....they are called Gas Stations. One bullet....and BOOM! More or less. :(
Damn, but I really *really* REALLY don't like thinking this way, being so negative. My odds of being a killer are slim, none, and imaginary.
Consider this answer that *last one* there. Sorry.

no..... those things always have strings attached. it'll turn out to be some game, where the person u have to kill is... ur mom! something like that.... it's not worth it. i'd rather have my child work for his or her education, and i would work for it to, to scrape money together, than to accept that much money from someone else. u always end up owing someone else, ALWAYS.

No. I could definately use the money, but it would lay heavy on my conscious that i killed another human being. No matter how much money I got I would still be unhappy.

Wow, the scary thing is that I know I have it in me to do such a thing but I'm not sure I'd do it for money. I'd probably do it on principle though, as in: One less problem for mankind *dusts hands off*. Then I'd grab a burger.

What do you mean no one else will find out? God will always know what you have done. Plus, you will be found out.
