I have to admit, I had finally written them off this year. I was waiting for them to get hot after the All-Star break and when it didn't happen as soon this year as usual, I thought it wasn't going to happen. They sure did kick my Cardinals butts last weekend. They may even catch them.

Three more games will only make it a tie....they are down 3 in the loss column....6 left and the Cards have 7 left....so hold those 'Stros.....don't get me wrong, I am in Texas and my team will always be the Yankees.....I am still rooting for them but still a little bit of work to do.....cross your fingers and hope that the Cards end up being like the Phillies from the 60's when they also blew it......Astros would be in a better position to go further then the Cards.......but I still stink that it will be a "subway" series and as far as I know there is not subway from Houston to Yankee Stadium.....go luck Astros!!

With ensberg, lane, and biggio underplaying this season, they have a lot of ground to make up... and so does the team. If we can win 4 to 6 of the last 6 six games, we have a chance. Remember though, even in the playoffs, those teams have been playing good ball all year long. GO 'STROS!

saying the Card suck is like saying Ryan Howard cant hit a ball 400 feet. Cards own the astros, I can guarantee you Astros wont make it. I remember when the Reds were 1 game out and they still burned out. Astros suck! Who got there asses kicked in the WS and embarassed the National League? Astros did!

Yeah, well theres only like 5 games left in the season and guess what? The Phillies are also on fire and probably wont stop. Astros arent a Playoff caliber team and werent last season. They got dominated by the Sox baby! I know, the truth hurts alot. Lance Berkman is always welcome in Chicago though, if you hit that good, the door's open here on the South Side. SOX RULE.

If the "Rocket" wanted to be on another world championship team all he had to do was sign with the Yankees. He made a bad move. No run support, just like last year. Even if they make the playoffs, they still can't score runs. That's be their MO for the last three seasons. Think of how many wins Roger would have if he had stayed in New York?? At the end of the day the Yankees will win their 27th World Series.

I'd love to see the Astros overtake the Cardinals, but they only have six more games to do it in! And Pittsburgh is a tough place to play!

I like the Yankees but with the way that the astros have been turning it up they could make a come back. If they did I wouldn't be surprised.

The Astros have been hot, but they won't make the playoffs. The Cardinals aren't going to give up the division lead.
