I did the finger in the light socket thing and also a battery on silver fillings. Both from a grade school version of fear factor LOL.

Yes, I have. I was a teenager(40 odd years ago)we were at my parent's river cottage. I had just washed my hair, it was still damp. I went over to a metal floor lamp to turn it on. I grabbed the pole and turned on the light. I couldn't let go. I thought I was dead!. My Dad grabbed me around the waist, he got stuck. My oldest brother had the foresight to pull the plug. Daddy and I fell to the floor. It took days for me to feel normal again. It's something I'll never forget. It's probably the closest to death, I've ever been. It's made me much more aware of electricity and it's danger.

When I first married My exhusband, we lived in a trailor. One that was old to say the least. IN this trailor was a stove that had a short in it. If you leaned against the handle and the sink, or the refridgerator, you got shocked. I cant tell you how many times I got one hell of a shock...went from My head clear down My toes...tingling...
To say the least those were shocking experiences....:D

YES..its not plesent neither......i was about four..lol and i stuck a key in the outlet because i was also mad at my mom..i knew what was going to happen but i didnt know that iw as going to get hurt in the process lol

YES! Very recently... I plugged in my vaccuum, not realizing that my puppy had chewed the cord. Gave myself a few good volts!
