Kurt Warner Benched?

Question

With Kurt Warner possibly being benched is Fitzgerald still a good start? MY other alternative is Darrell Jackson.

Warner is playing, but if he fumbles another couple of times and throws a few more picks, he's probably out.

Go to ESPN.com and you will see that the reports of Kurt Warner being benched in place of Leinart are false. Kurt Warner will be the starting QB on Sunday. I would not bench Fitzgerald or Jackson...You must have a killer core of WR's if you have that decision to make!!

D. Jackson with Hasselbeck is a better play than Fitzgerald with Leinert. Rookie QB's tend to throw more to their RB's and TE's. They just don't run down the looks fast enough so if Fitz isn't the number 1 look then he's toast. He'll be down probably 5-6 looks each game...That's quite a bit in the NFL. Enough to keep him at about 75 catches for the year. I think Jackson will do better than that.

I would definately go with Darrel Jackson because he is the #1 reciever on the Seahawks and shaun Alexander is now out for about a month and Hasselback is a really reliable QB so he will be throwing it alot more.. Also Lienart is gonna have too much pressure and will probably throw some interceptions, but you never no?

Hmmmmmmmmm. Good question. Go with Darrell Jackson. Leinert won't have a good first game, maybe not even a good season. It takes time for qb's to get good. And with Shaun Alexander out for the Seahawks they're going to pass way more often. Darrell Jackson should get good yardage and td's with S. Alexander (aka Superman) out of the game for 2 weeks. Fitzgerald is a great reciever, but I don't think Leinert is going to get him good passes to catch.

Fitzgerald is a better start with Leinhart than Warner.
