I am four months pregnant, and I can say that the answer to that is YES! My breasts began hurting IMMEDIATELY after conceiving it seems like. The pain is not intense at first. It progresses slowly through the first trimester. Your breasts may also hurt just before menstration. Best thing to do is get a home pregnancy test. If you are feeling symptoms, then you can test positive if you're pregnant. Hope you get the answer you want.

It began immediatly and I can't compare it to anything. It was horrible, miserable and excrutiating! It hurt to walk down stairs and to take a shower. It made me cry :-( The one night, my husband was goofing off and tried to pinch a nipple. He about got castrated. It stopped a couple weeks in, they are just a little sore now and I am about 21 weeks.

It my sound gross but to me it feels the same as if you bf has sucked on your nipples to hard. It also hurts to but your breast in your bra.
