If you mean the unique baby smell - well they do and every new parents loves it!

It doesnot stay for long - maybe 4 months or so, but it is the best smell ever. It will want to make you cuddle the baby and you will miss it, once it is gone :-(

But other than that, if you mean bowel movements, evevry one, even grown up smell...........

Babies have a smell that nothing else in the world smells like.
Except maybe the old style Johnson's Baby Powder. They have changed how its made & it doesn't smell so good now.

Baby What? Animals? People? As far as Baby humans yes, they smell like cabbage patch dolls. At least most do. My baby do's. But then she smells stinky when she needs a diaper change too.

Do you mean, can they smell? Or do you want to know if they smell ,smell?

My baby is 8 months old and smells absolutely scrummy. Nothing nicer than a freshly bathed baby. Lush!! He smells when he's done a poop, but who doesn't.

Only if they aren't taken care. Naturally smelling no.. babies have the sweetest scent naturally, but without proper care because they can't do it for themselves what other alternative would they have not to smell.
