Yes, the ingredients in the cleanser can be too strong for your recently waxed area. Make sure you keep the cleanser away from the waxed area, and if it has any AHA's in it (which I suspect it does) pick one product or the other.
You should never wax if you are using any AHA's (Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid) because it can damage the skin.
I recommend tweezing any hairs until the bumps go away. Don't use any product in the irritated area.
This might also be ingrown hairs coming in since it is happening a few days after the fact. It's hard to tell without seeing it.

You defiantly had a allergic reaction. Try using wax strips for eyebrows, I think it is by Alexandria, I personally think the any Nair products are very harmful to the skin. it comes with an oil that rubs off the excess wax and don't use anything but normal soap and water for at least 6 hours.

Some people just respond to waxing that way. I'm not familiar with the Nair product so it's hard to say what happened. It is entirely possible that an additive in the kit has irritated your skin. You might want to try NADS as an alternative. It's a completely natural product (even safe to eat) and works really well.

Don't wax your eyebrows! Yes, I know that some people do it, but you can get the same look by plucking or shaving. Waxing irritates the skin, which is probably why your brows are having a reaction. Keep your brows hydrated/moist until it blows over and DON'T DO IT AGAIN!

If you used cream you shouldn't have. I have very sensitive skin. I cannot use any creams after I wax....I also can't wash my face that day or use make up....just cold and warm water. If you used any.....don't next time. I would also recomment Sally Hansen...it is the only brand I will use at home. For now I would use polysporin...it works.

Its sounds like you have had a slight reaction but dont worry this is quite usual when using the product for the first time. Try placing cotton pads soaked in cold water on your eyes for a couple of minutes and that should bring down any swelling and angry redness.

I shave considering that is extra cost-effective. that could be a mith that in case you shave the hairs double. Waxing lasts longer considering which you pull the hair out on the basis under the exterior, fairly than reducing the hair off on the exterior point.
