Wow - that's good, or deep or something. No, I still think pain of any kind hurts, actually when it's all you've ever felt you start to become numb & the pain isn't so bad after a while. Did you know that you can be in pain but still feel joy? I know from experience - it's what we choose. Get past the pain & onto something else. from one who knows.

No I think pain hurts either way. And I don't think it's all anyone person has ever felt.

In some ways this is true.
But generally pain is not ever the only thing a person has ever felt.

I heard Dog the Bounty Hunter say the same thing about his infant son that died. I think all pain hurts.

I suppose it is sort of true....I had a bf once who was always hurting himself but it never stopped him. When he had a broken wrist, he took the cast off himself because it was getting in the way of him working (he was a machinist). I asked him one day what it was like when he wasn't in any pain...his answer was "unnormal".

No, I don't believe it's true. Whether you're speaking of emotional or physical pain, they both will impact your life negatively.
