okay, so you know you have this favorite pair of jeans and then there's starting to get little holes like around the corners of the back packets. it's really annoying. like if it's around my knee or something, i wouldn't have a problem with that, but this, i don't really like it. i've tried sewing it and it worked, but now around the bunch of treads, there's like starting to get a little hole again. and like around a few corners, the fabric got like thinner, like you know, it's not a hole yet, but the fabric got thinner. so, any suggestions on how to fix it, i wanna ask my mom to do it, cause these are my favorite jeans and i don't wanna throw them away. thanks.

Clothing wears out - you can constantly try resewing up the hole, but the fabric is wearing out and you can't change that. I'd start looking for a new pair of jeans. You could keep these if you really want, but don't wear them too often, especially at times when you'll be more active (walking around a lot or something). Start handwashing them, since that's more gentle on the fabric than a machine. And, start breaking in a new pair!

Use some denim from a pair of jeans that are beyond repair and cut some patches from the old denim and sew the patches over all the thin spots.

If these were my jeans I would use the fuse stuff, you use with and iron on the back side. . Wal-mart, etc. It does work and
does stop the little hole stuff that goes on.

and If you truly know you like them when you purchase and wear
them once or twice, purchase another pair exactly like them.

Works good that way.

i took some denim and cut out hearts with pinking shears, so it wouldn't ravel, then sewed it over the holes. looks cute. my daughter-in-law wanted me to fix hers too.

I know exactly what you mean. You can get iron on denim patches, just iron one on the inside. its easy.
