how to get text/internet block off without calling cingular?

i want a new rightone,but i have a intert/txt block on my cell is their a way to get it off without calling Cingular...is their someone i can pay to do it???cause i really want it but my mom is being uncool about it....

No, only cingular can do it. What kind of phone is it? I know of other ways to get ringtones in your phone without having to go online.
