1) all you have to do is multiply all the way across, the answer is going to be negative since there are 3 - signs.
(5*1*3*1)/(6*8*7*7)
= -15/2352

2) Im not exactly sure what you need to do with the equation?

3) Im going to assume that you want to factor it:
look at the equation and see what is the GCF (greatest common factor) between them all, and that is what you want to factor out:
3/4x -1/4y -1/4

we can see that 1/4 is the GCF
=1/4(3x-y-1)

4) again, i dont know what you want to do to it?

5) All you have to do is combine like terms (put all the a's together and all the d's together:
5.5d -1.2a + 3d + 4.2a
5.5d + 3d -1.2a + 4.2a
=8.5d + 3a

6) to solve for t: first, combine like terms by subtracting both sides by 2/3:
1/4t = -1/3
then multiply both sides by 4 to isolate the t:
t= -4/3

7) this one is similar to the other, it just has more numbers. put all the t's on one side and all the numbers on the other:

1.7t + 8 - 1.62t =0.4t -0.32 + 8
1.7t -1.62t - 0.4t=-0.32+8-8

add together:
-.32t = -.32

divide both sides by -.32 to isolate the t:
t=1

8)if you have 3 / (division) signs in a row, think of it this way:

-3/a (divided by) -5/1 = -17

then all you have to do is flip the second division and multiply them together:
(-3/a)*(-1/5) = -17

3/(5a)= -17

multiply both sides by 5a to get it out of the denominator:
3= -85a

divide both sides by -85 to isolate the a
a=-3/85

9) i dont understand the way you wrote the equation?
