Trying to find this for a Halloween Costume, or even something very very similar that I can modify. The dress is basically a tank top attached to a mini skirt.
ANy help is greatly appreciated

they used to sell this at Contempo Casuals, which is now wet seal.
so maybe do an ebay search for contempo
