Maybe just good circulation. Get them checked out by a professional.
It could be the menopause, it can actually start very early, as early as mid twenties in some unfortunate ladies, although that is quite rare.
43 is not too young to start symptoms of menopause, as the actual process can last a few years in some women.

It could be that your friend is starting to go through menopause. Does she has night sweats as well, and sometimes for no reasons goes very hot and red in the face. If she sees her doctor they can do test and put her on hormone replacement therapy. It will help a lot. Good luck

i hope im wrong, but it's diabetes possibly. high volume of sugar in your blood can make you feel weird under your skin. like heat, itch, etc. go to a doctor. you better start worrying. it might be dangerous.
i dont think it's menopause. 43 it's not in the range of menopause. it's 49-50 at least.

Could very well be the early stages of menopause. Suggest a trip to her GP, who will take some blood test, to check her hormone levels and also thyroid levels.

See a doctor, it could be nothing or it could be one of the other suggested problems.
Just get her to a doctor to be checked out.

Well I know that cold hands and feet mean poor circulation so it must be good circulation surely.
