I want a rent with option to buy home with three bedrooms, nice full basement,Value status of fifty-sixty thousand value.
The full basement is requested for me opening a in home day care.Looking for licensing as soon as of October, this same year.
Postion a Relative Care Provider and other sources available upon request.

Get a phone book and call some local realtors. They will let you know what is available in your area. They will provide this information for free.

Not likely that you're going to find any 3BR for $50k - $60k in most parts of the US today. Would help if you mentioned your location.
