all you have to do is right click on the picture of gollum and save to your desktop/go to 360 and edit picture/go to browse and find you desktop click on the picture and hit okay/now click the button that says save as primary picture/go back to edit avator and click use 306 picture/there all done

because it is impersonation!! it drives people crazy to be talking to someone and they aren't sure if it is the right person!!! It gets too confusing!!!!
