I think they would have gotten to the point of becoming friends, especially when Sonny showed how compassionate he can be with her illness, however Sonny did lie to Alexis when she asked him to keep her girls together if she were to die and, on what could have been her death bed, he said he would grant her that wish only to fight Ric the minute he walked out of her hospital room and I KNOW Ric will tell her all about that when he gets the chance. (Today's episode is on my DVR and I haven't watched it yet, so I don't know what they talked about today) I do know she woke up today and had some words to say to Sam and Ric so we'll see...

definatley not.... alexis will never let herself or her children get close to sonny shes too paranoid that one, something bad will happen or two, he will try to take kristina away from her personally i really hate her i hope she does die from the cancer so sonny can have his daughter and not have to worry about ric sleeping with her when she gets older

Maybe almost dying will soften her up a bit( if she lives!)
I think that maybe she wants Sonny.Think about it, she did sleep with him, maybe secretly she loves him... She knows she shouldn't, and her job makes it so she can't be with him, so she acts like she hates him. It would make a great story line if they secretly hooked up...
Just a thought!
