Bush is going to go down as one of the worst presidents of all time. An embarassment people like you will no longer care to admit that you once supported. Right after this maloderous gang is given the door -- history will not be kind. (If they give up the power easily in '08'. We'll see). As of today I can not get one person to admit they voted for Bush.

Bush will go down in history as one of the greatest presidents ever just as Ronald Reagan did. However the history books lie. You see, most history books are written and published by huge corporations bought and paid for by the conservatives.

True history should read, as you say, that George Walker Bush is the worst president in American history. He is far worse than the only president that ever had to resign in disgrace, and that president was Richard Nixon. His tactics of wire tapping, condoning the use of torture, and spying on American citizens is very Nazi-like.

Adolph Hitler would be very proud of Georgw Walker Bush. He would say that he was taught well by those who financed Hitler's rise to power, and those Bushes that supported the Nazis during WWII.

He's not the worst...He's just a man who made a choice. The choice was wrong. It's caused a lot of problems for our country. But his other choice was to sit back and let terrorists and other criminals (Hussein) get away with threatening our safety. If someone threatens your child, you will do all you can to remove the threat...even if in the end you find the threat to be empty. We all have to make choices and there is no way to determine exactly what will happen. For example, you can choose to sleep around, you can get pregnant and the pregnancy can turn out perfectly or the baby can die. One choice has several consequences. If the President had chosen to turn his back to the threats of Iraq and the possibilities that they may have been harboring wmds or terrorist groups and these threats turned out to be true, you would be complaining that President Bush still did not do his job. I admit I voted for Bush. Sorry it hasn't turned out for the best but someone always finds something to complain about every presidency.

I think he is more to be pitied than laughed at. He hasn't had a thought of his own since becoming Pres. You can see it in the uncertain way he tries to defend his policies. He has that" Am I saying this right look on his face"
As for being the worst, yes, but remember he is merely the stooge for people like Cheney, Bush Sr., and the rest of the "PNAC" crowd.

You mean Cheney don't you? lol I do enjoy some of your questions Erudite. What's more enjoyable is the irritation that you bring to the ignorant masses! You deserve applause!

If you or I are referred to as 'libs', then it seems that the opposite label should be 'cons'. How appropriate and fitting! Ha!

Why is it that the best answer in defense of 'boy george' always seem to invoke Clinton? Wtf? It is tiring. Oh well, jealousy is forever I suppose.

As far as Carter is concerned, bush couldn't understand the 'big' words in one of his books.

To answer your ?, it wouldn't surprise me if bush is airbrushed out of the history books in the same manner that Stalin used to do.

Always a pleasure to ans. your questions!

no. i vote independent but i voted for bush, twice. in the short term you may be right. he is a hard pill to swallow but as history unfolds i feel the initiative he took will be a positive legacy. a leader who is involved is at least being proactive and not reactive and can put the problems in your face, good or bad. the pope recently done the same thing with the " spread of faith by sword " comment. like him or not he is not the worst or the best. he is genuine and in twenty or thirty years he will be judged by his actions, particularly for his war on terrorism.

He will go down as a President that refused to compromise and alienated the rest of the world in the process.

I voted for Bush, sonny boy, and I'm damn proud of it.

I see a response from "Breenie" who says that old people voted for Bush and that they're naive. That's close to being an oxymoron, Breenie. They're older and WISER than you, and many of them served their country in older wars and they know what it's all about. That's why they didn't let john Kerry and Al Gore get in to screw things up.

He should, but I doubt it. It's hard to really pick a bad president in retrospect. Reagan was senile, Nixon was 'Tricky', Clinton was 'Slick', Carter was just 'st...st...st.. stupid' and George W can't even say 'Dub-ya'.
George in my opinion is the worst - in that no other president has gotten the WORLD to hate us like he has. His foreign policy is 'dumbo-crap' and I'm sick of it. But honestly I don't think he'll go down as the worst of all time. That person would have to be the one who brings America to an all time low.

Democrats need someone to blame for their own actions..so maybe.

He's the one that let 9/11 happen
