You can start by actually having a good company page.
Seriously, I would not hire you to develop anything just by looking at that page.
You have an images for navigation and not text. You don't seem to know anything about SEO.
Where are my scroll bars on this page? They don't seem to appear even when my browser is less than the page width.
There are underlined areas that look like links but they are not links.
Not enough description on your services page.
Bah I could probably find much better companies, maybe not cheaper, but better.
