The New york Post even though this news paper is more like a tabloid paper It wasn't always like this at one early on in it years it was reporting real news on a daily basis in the late 60's another news paper emerged onto the scene it was the Daily News That is when the post changed it format Also the New York Times from it birth has been a serious news paper and still is this mad the daily news Even look a little child like newspaper. The oldest in the US is the New York Post, which was founded by Alexander Hamilton as the New York Daily Post in 1800.
Sadly, the Post is a terrible, terrible paper.
Edit: I don't know why people would say the New York Times. The Times wasn't founded until 1851.
