perhaps, creating another account for the rest of the people who use the pc could help. anf if you want more privacy, when creating a password to your account, windows will ask you if you'd like to turn all your files (my documents, desktop, ..) private, check that option.

not without installing recovery software. or looking in the temp folder or going directly to the temp internet folder.
since even when u delete from internet ops some files still remain.

yes it is possible - even with the suggestions made it is possible to read the index.dat file which will log all internet eactivity. If you want to ensure this is clean and there is no trace get history kill.
