Contact the court to see if they are trying to address you.
If you ignore it, you will get in trouble. If you know that they have made an administrative error and they really are after you, you could find yourself in front of a judge explaining why you didn't want to comply. If he/she doesn't like your explanation, you could be fined.

Although it was not under your full name, if the subpoena was for you (and I would assume so considering the fact that the server and Plaintiff knew your other vital information such as your address) you ARE REQUIRED to appear. At the hearing / appearance, you can state who you are and that you were erroneously sued and served as Arlene Salvo Tuason.
Failure to appear may end up in a default judgment and possibly a warrent for your arrest. Depends on the court and what type of case this is.

If you received a subpoena that you think should have gone to someone else, then most attorneys would still advise you to go to the court at that time in response.
You should have an attorney advising you on this, but if you don't just go to the court, and talk wto the clerk. If you are not the person listed on the subpoena, tell that to the clerk, and provide proof of your identity. The clerk will handle it from there.

If you accepted the subpoena, you have to go and prove it isn't you.
Once you take receipt of a subp. you are legally acknowledging that you are that person and they can issue an arrest warrant if you do not show up - even to prove they have the wrong person.
You do not get out of anything if the last name is misspelled - that's an urban legend, it has to be pretty far off. Judges get pissed if you try that argument.

OMG.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
My friend was SCAMMED LIKE THIS. she got the same thing and called the court house (or so she thought) and they asked for her social and full name and some other details and she was taken for about 20 thousand dollars in debt.
DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE. And if you are unsure, call 411 to get the RIGHT phone number, do not call the one on the paper. Better off going in person, then reporting this to the police.

I would call the court that you are requested to appear in. If you do not show up, it could be possible that they can issue a warrant for your arrest! Better to take care of this now.

To keep from getting a bench warrant, I would show up, just because the clerk forgot to type all of your name doesnt excuse you from going
