Depends on where you live, 32-40. And what you do, Wal-Mart had a case where they had an employee who was a cashier 20hrs a week, then worked like in the stock room or something for an additional 15-20hrs/wk. Due to two rates of pay/being hired at a different time for the other position this person was not eligible for full time benefits.
