It might be kind of hard when it comes to send something to someone overseas. Two things you can do, first you can try to send her something that you know she might not be able to find where she is, nothing complicated, but nice. Or if you can not really figure something out, I know this might be old fashion, but write her nice letters, on special and beautiful papers, keep reminding her how much you love her and how you Cherish every minute you get to think about her while she is away. I guarantee you she will always feel your presence and your voice reminiscing those messages in her hear, every time she wants to feel your presence, she will read them over and over again.
