I'm not sure as to how long it will take for you to get pregnant only after one depo shot but I have read that after being on the shot for a while and then stopping can take up to a year to get pregnant. Sometimes it can take that long for a woman to start ovulating again. So my guess is that if you are ovulating you can get pregnant.

It doesn't matter how many shots you have had it can usually take up to 10 months to conceive. I went off of depo in Feb. Started having irregular periods in May and and now taking Clomid to help. Each case is different.

i changed into once on depo for 2 years..and that i changed into recommended only to attend a cycle or 2, to start up making an attempt. it is going to take longer of route, yet once you're having a classic period, off the dep., you need to be large. you could favor to call your docs workplace and ask, as a results of actual shown reality that they are extra usual consisting of your well being historic previous. sturdy success!!

Depo is a funny thing. I was on it for years and then I got off it to start a different type of birth control and my DR told me not to worry that it takes months to wear off before you can concive. I was off of it for 3 weeks and I got pregnant.

* depends on the person. :)
