Realarcade lets you download "full games'... but they're only trial periods and you have to purchase the game to keep playing.
Real good web games sites include www.2flashgames.com and www.ebaumsworld.com has a webgames section.

I usually use shockwave.com, pogo.com, addictinggames.com, and freearcade.com. For some of them you'll have to signup to be a member to play. The Signup is free. There are some games that are restricted to you and you will have to be a paying member inorder to enjoy it. But there's still great games if you don't want to pay.
