What steps should I take in trying to find video game companies interested in a ten year old child that can beat all their games?

tell him to go outside and play with other children. You dont need to get rich off your child.

He may not be as good as you think. Find a local gaming center and see if he wins any tournaments. You won't know if he has talent unless he is challenged. Being a video game tester is very hard to get into. Everyone wants to be one. Have him take some programming classes if he wants to get into the gaming industry.

Most would not hire him due to the legal issues of working a 10-year-old. Let him be a kid before you stick him in the work force.

Have him learn computer code so he can make his own video games. There are tournaments with cash prizes, but he could be too young for that.
