The reason I end up staying up late is because it's the only time I really have to just have time to myself. I have four very young children, and I'm literally on the go and doing something from 6 a.m. until they go to bed at 8 at night. And then I try to squeeze in an hour or two of quality time with my husband. Also, I'm anywhere between 6 and 9 hours (Depending on what part of the US the live in) ahead of my family and friends back home in the States, so it's often the only time I get the chance to talk to them on the phone or the computer. I usually regret it the next day, because I normally get less then five hours of sleep each night.

Really? It's 1:35pm here! I stay up till like 11:00pm - 12:00am,
I'm usually on the computer really late. I wake up around 9:30am.

used to be an early sleeper...like 9 now it's 1 depends on peoples routine...........

I try every night to make it to bed by at least 10:00 but it never ever happens...the earliest I go to sleep is usually around 12:00 or so..I dont know why that is....

I'm a night person... and what makes me stay up late is good parties and that's when all the good shows come on t.v

early sleeper and early riser when you are brought that way i guess it just sticks and you get more done to , i think is safer to do things in the a.m.
