Is there a way to join a Yahoo pool league if u are not an All Star member??

Yes. You will see the leagues "spamming" in the various lounges. Contact the person who is the tournament director. They will tell you how to sign up with their league. I have heard you have to pay for the All Star thing, so I did not do it.
