They charged me for a service I cancelled AGAIN and yet there is nowhere for me to delete the card information and of course there is nowhere to complain, speak with customer, or leave feedback. Well, here's your feedback Yahoo! You are a f***ing terrible customer service company. I hate you with every fiber of my being. Thank you for making me have to cancel a goddam card. I hope all of your workers become victims of random charges. May Google sh*t on your lawn and buy your company to sell it off in parts. Lick Donkey D*ck!

well just because you cancelled a card---doesnt mean you wont still be billed your going to have to get someone in yahoo to acknowledge the service is cancelled...or if it is a monthly or yearly service you will still be liable regardless of the status of yoru card (ask your cc company they will tell you the same thing) . doesnt that suck out loud....

I understand your frustration. Many aspects of their re-worked homepage are not well thought out. I hate when the page comes up and I start entering search criteria then the page quickly refreshes and I lose what I had typed.

I often find that Yahoo! pages will not load. So to check my computer I will go to a google page or another site...and they load fine (i.e., my computer and service are fine, but Yahoo! can't keep their system operating at an acceptable level).

I use Yahoo! for lots of stuff, but their service really is second rate.

Well, I guess you could start by cancel ling all yahoo accounts or any thing affiliated with it. Including good search. The write them a letter via post office rather than e-mail, call em too! Threaten them in odd, weird and random ways that seems to always work . Good luck! (p.s when trying to delete info on-line try to look for a place that says "update info" and then type in nothing ,that seems to work to!)

That happened with me and AOL. Customer service refused to allow me to cancel my service. I eventually just had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Can't say I've had trouble with Yahoo... yet. (I use Verizon Yahoo now.) Fingers crossed.

But really, if you went through what I did with AOL, I feel your pain!

if you think they are so lousy, then don't use them. by you using them you are only promoting them. the best way to show your animosity for something is to discontinue use.
