He's not an "A" list star, but I've known Kelly Ripa's husband Mark Consuelos since he was 10. He lived a block behind me and we rode the same school bus.
For all of the fans of R&B music- I've met Glenn Jones, and Phil Perry when I won a trip to Jamaica from a Chicago radio station.
I also know the comedian George Wilborn. We're not personal friends, but his wife Peytyn used to do my hair, so I met him on several occasions

Hmmm... I have been lucky enough to know a couple....
Ki-Jana Carter - NFL Player - didn't amount to what we all expected... grew up in my home town... Very sweet - just didn't make it like we all thought he would!
Lorrie Morgan - sang back-up for her in a Christmas Concert - Was super friendly...
A lot of politicians.... I worked in the White House (Intern) during Clinton's Administration ... Everyone I met was very friendly! LOL

I'm showing my age to answer this. But what the heck, you ask. I can't remember for sure how old I was, around 9 or 10 years old. I met Roy Rogers and Dale Evens. My mom managed to get us as far as their dressing room along with a whole bunch of other people. Dale Evens was at their dressing room door signing autographs. My mom yells out, "Mrs. Evens". Dale Evens looked directly at us. So my mom ask her if she could take a picture of her, Roy Rogers and me (her daughter). Dale Evens was so nice. She said "Come on in". She escorted us into their dressing room and said to Roy Rogers, "Honey, this lady would like to take a picture of us with her daughter". Roy Rogers smiled and said, "Why sure". Now, I remember this conversation between the 3 of them like it was yesterday. But as for me saying anything, I didn't utter a word, I was awe stricken! I only mummled a meek little "Thank you" on our way out.

When I was about 7 or 8 flying back from LA to OKC (by myself) I was moved to First Class so the attendants could look after me. I sat next to Luke Perry (back when 90210 was on TV 1st or 2nd season). He was very cool, he just told me not to act like it was a big deal so other on the plane wouldn’t know and bother him. It was too foggy to land in OKC so after flying around the city for a few hours waiting for the fog to calm, we had to go to Tulsa to fill up. They let everyone off the plane (except me of course) for a few minutes if they wanted. He bought me some candy and then some time later we landed in OKC. It was kind of funny he was coming to OKC to meet his current girlfriend (don’t know who it was) and her and my mom were talking the hours they had to wait for our plane to land.
