I believe this is an intelligent question. Most questions on the poiiticle side are leading and full of emotion garanteed to get a leading and emotional response and generally, not an intelligent ansew

It poses a real issue, does not bias toward a particular answer, and requires some thought to answer. Proper spelling and grammar count for a lot.

I'm definately not the brightest, but if a person can back up what they are saying, or somehow showed they tried, then their question just may be intelligent. Then again, its all relative.

If it's asked by anyone with a wine name, or if their avatar has red white and blue fireworks in the background, chances are it's not intelligent.

I think that most people judge that by whether or not they agree with the questioner's opinion.

great ? all ?'s should ask-who,what ,where,when,how. and should get same response back . no fine print or reading between lines.
