In response to someone up there, you can't CHOOSE where you lose weight naturally, and the only way to do that is liposuction.
And in response to someone else, "narrower" IS a word. It's not "more narrow".
The only things you can do are get flattering haircuts, and keep clean and well-groomed (being greasy is NOT going to help the wide face in any way). Things that sort of trick the eye into thinking male faces are narrower are haircuts very closely shaven at the neck all the way up to the top, where you can also spike it up to make your head an optical illusion. Wide haircuts with lots of hair sticking out just make faces look wider (like Charlie Sheen in "Platoon"). If you have eyebrows that stretch really far past your eyes, you can maybe remove some hairs from the ends, too.

You need to figure out what kind of hair-style makes your face look its narrowest. Get that hair-style.
The type of neckline your shirts have can make a big difference. V-necks make a face look narrower. The basic t-shirt neck makes a face look rounder. Experiment with different necks on shirts and see the difference.
Don't wear hats unless necessary. Hats cover the "good" part of your head and show up the part that looks wider than you want it to.
You may want to lose five lbs or so. That could help.
Some young guys have fuller faces until they get just a little more mature. If this is what you have going on you just have to wait.
Consider that it may be wider than you prefer but may not look too wide to anyone else. Consider, too, that some people probably find the face you have attractive as it is.

You might not be as skinny as you think. Perhaps you do look like it to people and thats a good thing, but you may be really small boneded or you have very very little muscle and if thats the case, then instead of that extra muscle you don't have, that where the fat goes. Same thing for small boned people. Because of it, you don't look fat, but you are. And thats why you have chubby cheeks. I totally understand why you wanna loose them. Chubby cheeks don't look sexy on people and even look horrible on some. So even looking skinny doesn't help enough with those chubby cheeks. The only soultion for this is to loose weight. You lose body weight, you'll loose weight from your face too.

Well wearing certain colors will either change the way the body looks or face in this case you are looking for a color that will make your face look narrower well the answer her is wear colors that make you look more bigger like for example browns are a good color and beige's are good too both these colors for example both makes the face look either more narrower like you want it or larger and as well as your body it will make it look more fuller and masculine.
Blues are also another color that will change your appearance a lot...Remember certain colors make an appearance and also will bring to much out on the person so choose wisely...

I have the exact same problem. I hear it is genetic.
Other than diet and exercise do what women do: draw attention away from from your flaws and enhance your best features. You could wear a big hat, grow your hair long and bushy (that's what I did, and it worked!), or don't dress slim/tight above the waist. Also, wear baggy pants/shirts and it will average out. It worked for me.
Good luck!

Grow your hair out if it's not long already, and wear it parted down the middle. This always creates the illusion of a longer-looking face.

You can only make your face appear MORE NARROW. Narrower isnt a word....
Try losing weight...on men, it is usually most noticable in the face.....

Short of plastic surgery you can doe exercises to strengthen you jaw muscels or cut your hair to lengthen your fore head and give volume to your mane or you could try make up to accentuate your cheek bones and deaccentuate your jowles. All may help but all may cause you criticism.

You have to be contented by what you got by your birth. Don't try to go against nature. Because there is a saying
Don't mess up with
"Mother earth" & "Mother nature"
You may get side effects if you try to do anything to your natural skin
