Say ' I hope I don't offend you and please don't take this the wrong way, but are you aware of your body odour?'

There really is no nicer way of putting it, and is she feels offended then it wouldn't matter how you said it.

Do other people in the office have a problem with the way that she smells? I would just be up front with her. Maybe she just has a pungent body odor that she cannot help. If it is her perfume that she is wearing, tell her to choose another brand.

a supervisor should be able to handle it, otherwise, I'd go with the HR route if possible, they are there to take care of that sort of thing.

If you're the boss, do it outside the office, so no one else can hear it...go to the store with her.

If you're not the boss....have him/her do it.

Good luck
