Iam 13 and i have bin ahvin belly cramps all week and i've bin told it might be my period is this true

a good sign is if you start to bleed from your vagina. Stick a piece of toilet paper down there to insure it does not get on your underwear

Not to be too personal - but I honestly did not know I started my period for the first time until I checked my underwear. If you think you may be having some cramps, wear a small pad for a few days. It's better than having an accident at school. I started when I was 11, so yeah, it's probably going to happen fairly soon.

yeh could be. but not everyone gets cramps the first time they start but also check for spots on your face thats also a sign of the period and work out if you are stressed alot all of a sudden

Yeah it's very possible. You will probably get a strange dragging feeling and/or cramps. Are you ok with them starting? You dont have any worries about it?
