My wife (previously married) got her divorce on line. They can work as long as there is complete agreement of the settlement terms and children custody. The one downside is when my wife's ex failed to follow through on his financial responsibilities. She consulted a lawyer who refused to intervene with issues from a settlement he did not draw up.
