Depends what phone you have. I have LG and once I have downloaded I have to check in "My Music" find the download and change the setting of it to a ringtone. Then go into settings and set as my ringtone. If you are still having trouble, phone your supplier. 3 were very helpful when I had trouble.

DO NOT touch it you will be billed at a great price
if you do send STOP by text to them
its a scam
