I don't think this question is completely fair. I have a friend that had a lot of problems with her real ones and went through the procedure to improve her health and got fake ones to make up for the difference that would occur. She didn't really want them, but with them you can't tell she had anything done. They fit her body size and she only has to tell who she wants to. On another note, gals should stick to the ones they were born with as long as they are happy and healthy. :o)

As an observer, I think it matters. Most breast augmentations are too large for the woman they're on. They look fake very often. If kept to a normal size, they should look fine. Women who get large breast implants wear tight sweaters, low V-Neck tops, etc, to accentuate their breasts. I find that unappealing, by and large.

i know i am a gal answering this, but oh well right? i think fake boobs are ok as long as they are not obnoxious and obvious. If women can stick with what they were given thats even better. Shoot i would like to have my fat from having babies taken out and added to my boobs. LOL

Yes it does matter.
Fake boobs are nice for awhile until you get that ripple effect...or some other crap that happens after you get fake breasts. It's something that you have to take care of for a lifetime since you're going to have to get them fixed every few years or so unless you want ugly boobs.
