Don't you think we should stop paying Pakistanis to find him..............rather we should threaten sanctions if they continue to harbor him?

It is a part of USA foreign policy to keep the issue alive and win elections in the USA. People of the USA would be kept preoccupied with this OSama aspect.!

Because no one know perfactly that where is osama living either pakistan taliban or any else so how any one ask musharraf to nad osama, because who like to hand over osama then he will be the first target of Osama its very simple so no one is likely to do any thing even to think about osama

Musharraf would be assassinated if he turned over such a popular figure (at least in Pakistan that is). Also, we pay Musharraf money to look for OBL so if OBL is caught, the payments will stop. That's why Pakistan 'tries' but unsuccessfully to find him.

I don't know that for what reasons USA is afraid of Pakistan. It ignores all the ill doings of Pakistan (Now every body know that Pak is a terrorist state). It is a very tricky thing.
OR Is Pakistan supplying beautiful Punjabi and Sindhi girls to USA politicians. You know Clinton loved beautiful women.
