Yes and how old are you, three?????
Leave the old people alone. If you don't like the way they look then don't look at them. I feel whatever makes them happy. You need to lay off because you have the rest of your life ahead of you, they in turn might only have one year.
You do need to lay off. You have no idea what that person has gone through. As long as they have clothes on be thankful for that. It doesn't matter what it is.

Its kind of funny, I guess. But at the sametime, I wonder what will I wear in 30-40 years? Will I try to remain trendy or will I whip out the knitted sweater, long pants, socks, and sandles?
I always hoped that when I get old I will still be into the latest music, clothes, styles, etc. But now that you put it that way, maybe I will just dress 2010'ish in the year 2060. (-:

Well I understand what you're saying...same when the young try to dress to old for their age...or big-bellied buys are wearing speedos on the beach...or chubby girls sportin bikini's, etc, etc...
However...the bottom line is...don't be a judgin'...cause if they get up in the morning...look at themselves in the mirror..and are happy with the way they look themself? Good for them.
When you see someone like that just smile to yourself instead and look away if you must..lol...but I wouldn't be a "hatin'" They are probably good people who care not what other's think (or maybe care too much) either way...gotsta try to love 'em all.
It would be a better world, and we can start with small insignifcant acceptances such as that...then maybe move on to bigger ones.

Its called a mid life crisis. They can not accpet the fact that they are 50, 60 or even 70 years old. So they try to act younger (sometimes way too young) to make themself feel better. Even though they are just making a$$es out of themselves.

The real shame is...that...15-20 years from now...someone is going to be on this forum asking the same question about YOU!

You're only as old as you feel. I've always worn shorts and jeans and will continue to do so no matter how old I am.

I agree with that statement for myself but, I feel that people should wear whatever they are comfortable in. If it looks ridiculous ..that's on them..ya know?

yes, i agree with you. i think they do it because of the stigma our society puts on age. maybe if we learned to respect our elders they wouldn't try to act so young all the time.
