im looking for something equally as good to watch.
hostel is an amazing movie, albeit gory and violent.

OK 1st of all check out Cabin Fever which was Eli Roth (Writer, Director of Hostel)..not as gory but well written if You like his style.
Next I would recommend High Tension which was awesomely gory and violent in creative ways. Aja Alexander did that 1 and then he co-wrote and directed the "new" The Hills Have Eyes also.
Any of The Tarantino films have great stories and are violent.
Or you could go classic and check out Wes Craven's Last House on the Left. I know people who are still tripped out by that movie.
Of course the people who say Saw 1 & 2 are right, but I figure you probably already saw those.

Saw was great, Saw 2 was a typical Hollywood film. Just plain boring. Nothing to do with the first one.
I also liked Hostel, except that I thought the actors didn't play very well and the happy hollywood ending sucked, but the overall idea was good.
There's a French film called "13" that's a bit like Hostel, except it's way more gripping. It's also in black and white and there's not much action, so if you like typical Hollywood films, you might not like it. It's made by a director who was born in Eastern Europe (can't remember which one) and who moved to France when he was a young teen.
Anyway. I saw it in England (video store), so you might be able to get it in the US. Basically, it's the story of a guy who emigrated to France and who is repairing the roof of someone's house. He overhears a conversation about a way to make money fast. The guy he overhears dies, and he goes to the place he heard of because he needs money to help his family. He doesn't know what's going to happen, and is a bit worried cos it's like a big secret. Anyway. I think it's worth a watch. It's also a bit slow, so if you like action... That's not for you!

i would reccomend Saw 1 and 2, Stay Alive, or The Hills Have Eyes
Stay alive isnt as bloody and gorey as the other ones but it has a good story and it is scary
they are coming out with hostel 2 either this year or next year
saw 3 comes out in october so you should watch the first two and then go see the third one

there are a number of video clips you may relish, indexed right here are some that i admire in my view!: Chuck and Larry, a real experience sturdy action picture. Silence of the Lambs, quite real looking, extensive crime secret, one in all my favorites. Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, hilarious! complete of action! Pirates of the Caribbean: lifeless guy's Chest, Pirates of the Caribbean: At international's end, has the main action in its sequence, each thing unravels, on DVD tommorow!! observed, the observed sequence is all a psychological secret that i maximum relish. lots of gore. yet nonetheless between the excellent sequence ever. observed II observed III observed IV Halloween a million-2,4-5. mythical Michael Myers hunts down family participants. great, a tragic action picture. The Zodiac, its an exceptionally long action picture which you would be able to watch once you have the time. i become addicted the whole time, and that i enjoyed this action picture!! Love those video clips! I couldnt've lived with out staring at any! T.M.

Watch Saw & Saw 2 if you haven't already. Then wait utill Saw 3 comes out in theaters.

If you liked Hostel, get Saw and Saw II. I think the graphics and fx were much better. It leaves you thinking.

severance-its kinda like hostel but funnier,shocking in places,theres a scene i actually screamed out aloud to in the pics! x
