I have the books, but don't study as much as I should. I am not in a rush to take the exam, and would prefer a course, but all the courses I've found are very expensive. Does anyone have recommendations for courses, either in-person or online??? I'd like feedback from those who have taken courses, if possible. Thanks!

Hi I teach the GMAT. What I find is that some people (and maybe they're the type to buy the books but not study?) need the push that being in a course provides. If you're in a class with 4 other people who've done their homework, you may be more likely to do your homework. Also quite often the students come to be friends and study together which is more fun than studying alone. Or even network, since don't forget they're all future MBAs too.

If you have any specific GMAT questions, feel free to post them here. Good luck!

Are you refering to taking the GMAT exam? The best course of action to me would be for you to pick out the schools you would like to attend, get their score range, take a sample test from a book that has the ability to score your test and compare your score. If it is too low then take the course. The one thing to remember is that no only do these courses prepare you for the test, but that the practice strengthens your learning skills.
