Check with your doctor. It might be hereditary, your diet or something medical that can be fixed.

Everyone sweats all the time, it just isn't always obvious, but some people have a condition that makes parts of their body sweat more than normal. That can be treated several different ways and if it bothers you, it is certainly worth looking into.

Good luck.

Sweat is a sign of good health. I myself sweat on the legs while I walk and aftrer I take a shower in the summer. By the way, I live in a Caribbean, (hot) country. Sweat keeps you your skin from drying and from pimples.

This is a question that traditional Chinese medicine can answer beautifully but one would need more information to make a good assessment : sweating in daytime or night time? how old are you? sweating on palms, soles and chest? - most likely a kidney yin deficiency. Sweating during the daytime - maybe Qi deficiency. A doctor or practitioner in Chinese medicine can diagnose your problem and help you by prescribing Chinese medicinal herbs and acupuncture.

You need to exercise (more often if you already do) or sit in a sauna or a steam room regularly. Your pores need to be emptied out one way or the other.

You might have some sort of condtion which causes your pores to overwork. If the suggestion doesn't help, tell your doctor.
