Great question! I'm on the eastern shore of Maryland. Lots of good things here...the ocean is only 90 minutes away, as well as a few beach resorts. Western MD has beautiful mountains, Baltimore has a wonderful National Aquarium, Annapolis is full of history, and where I am, there are beautiful farms and country life. The worst I suppose is the cost of living.

I live in New Mexico and the best part is the mountains, I guess. The worst part is there are no seasons. Actually there are 3, green, brown & bare. I'm from Illinois originally and I agree about what's best about Wisconsin - cheese and smoked sausage also!! I had an aunt who lived in Edgerton.

I am from a very small town in Ohio. Winter really sucks here but I love my location! We own 5 achers and my parents live on the same land so I help take care of them! We have a horse, a dog, and a cat! And two kids that I wouldn't want to raise anywhere else in this state!

Fairbanks, Alaska, United States... You want to see cold winters try living there...It is a beautiful state though I have to give it that, there is no place like it. You are very exclude from the rest of the U.S. and there isn't alot of places to go

I live in southern Oregon
best part: natural scenary, lots of lakes, mountains, trees and we have the Shakespearean theater and other artistic venues
worst part: it rains too much (more often than not during fall-spring), no concerts, not much to do socially...

I live in Montreal, in Quebec, in Canada.
Best Part: not too "americanised" yet (a health plan)
Worst part: overpopulation and loud neighbours
Cheers!
PS: a big f*ck you to Mr. EarthQuake and his construction crew (aka my neighbours)
