It is amazing how sue happy we have become as a country. You can sure over anything. These are my favorite examples....
1. There are warnings on every box of cigarettes but some can still sue the company more millions of dollars
2. A man can try or actually rape a woman and if she were to shoot him in slef defense he could sue her for all hospital bills
and damages
3. If a driver hits you with his car and doesn't have insurance he can sue you for his car damages, hospital bills and more
4. Did you know that if your husband/wife had an affair you can actually sue the other woman/man for ruining your marriage and emotional distress.
Those are just a few of the things I can't beleive somone would win in court but these are all cases that have been fought and WON!!! Can you believe that. You can't walk out the door these days with out worrying if someone is going to sue you because they don't like the shoes you are wearing... I think our judical system needs to take a long look in the mirrior and re-evaluate our court policies......

Oh yes when a person can sue McDonalds because her coffee was too hot and win that's sad. When a lady can sue the Coca-cola company for getting her pregnant that's real sad.

YES, because when a person can go through the drive thru at McDonalds, and spill HOT coffee on themselves, and then sue because it's too hot.....and THEN WIN.....I mean come on, COFFEE IS HOT!!! IT DOESN"T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT>DUH

Money awards from lawsuits is the only money you can get and not be taxed on. That's one of the big factors that motivate so many plaintiffs and so many frivolous law suits. I'm not even going to start in on attorneys.............

Yes, b/c everyone is lazy. They all want the cash and don't want to work hard for it. We all cant be millionaires. They want the easy way out and probably just want a settlement.

Definitely. No one is willing to take responsibility for their own actions or own f*uck ups anymore. It's always someone else's fault.

People sue on everything.
"Eating your food made me fat!"
"Smoking your cigarettes gave me cancer!"
"This hot coffee burned me when it spilled on me!"
