I would say generally yes, blokes are better at reverse parking, but all it really takes is practise, we have a lot of women drivers at the Royal Mail, all of them are excellent reverse parkers, simply because they do it loads of times every day!

Men may be better with spacial awareness, but you can learn it.

Well I gotta say I'm appalling at reversing and I think I'm a man, hang on I'll check...yep all still there, I am a man! lol.

Generally though it does seem that excepting freaks like me men are better at reverse parking at women. most probably because men have better spacial awareness and hand eye co-ordination. Also men are not quite so often distracted by screaming kids, a million and one things to do in town, a bloke on the phone saying "can u remember to... for me?", and last but not least they are not normally surrounded by male drivers honking and shouting "bloody women drivers" lol.

Go ladies! lol

It depends on the man/woman. I've never had a problem reverse parking but I've seen some men who couldn't park a bike in an empty car park.

There should not be a yes or no to this question because in some cases you may find that men are or are not better reverse parkers than women because it could be that in cars? trucks? heavy equipment? and the list could go on. That question desires and optional answer, yes or no.

Yes, because when we were cavepeople the men went out to catch food so they developed the better spacial awareness. Which in turn helps us park. Whereas the women stayed in the cave and didn't hunt so didn't develop the spacial awareness.

No.
You are trying to involve primal instinct with a modern situation.
Studies have shown that Males generally have better hand eye coordination ( some thing to do with holding whilst urination some speculate). But in today's society where gender boundaries are diminishing in direct correlation to my expanding waistline, gender questions are more relative to close society not true nature derived instincts.
Shock tests that involve fight or flight still show gender influence thou.

Yes, men are more aware of exactly where they are in relation to other things, apparently this is learned when young through playing sports that require accuracy such as football or Basketball.

As a woman, I'd have to answer yes, but my boyf backed his brand new car into the house 2 weeks after he bought it, so I guess it comes to us all through experience.
